Cheryl Calderon, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Foundational to my therapeutic approach is seeing you, hearing you, and accepting you exactly as you are.
In my clinical social work practice, I support adults of all ages through some of life's most challenging experiences: depression, trauma, cancer, aging, grief & loss, death & dying, and end-of-life planning.
With non-judgement, compassion, and curiosity, I will guide you in reconnecting to yourself and your loved ones, empowering you to find your inner strength and increase your sense of self-efficacy. Working together, I will invite you back to your life, helping you regain a sense of joy, peace, and ease.

About You
Major transitions – welcome or not – can be a catalyst for big, important changes. They can help catapult you to the next place.

About Me
I am drawn to helping people who have complicated lives, especially those who have had limited success with therapy in the past.

How I Help
Working collaboratively, I use evidence-based approaches to help my clients discover, define, and achieve their personal goals.
What would it be like if I could accept life – accept this moment – exactly as it is?
