TELEMENTAL HEALTH

Clients looking for counseling related to depression, trauma, cancer, aging, grief & loss, death & dying, and end-of-life planning often find virtual appointments more accessible and convenient. I offer secure video telemental health sessions to clients in Washington and Oregon. In-person appointments are available for Ketamine Therapy in Portland.

Many health insurance companies offer coverage for telemental health; please contact your insurer directly to confirm your benefits.

INSURANCE

I am in-network with some Aetna, Cigna and United health insurance plans. I am out-of-network with all other insurance companies and will collect full payment for each appointment at the time of service. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. I am happy to provide you a detailed receipt with all the information you need to submit claims to your health insurance for reimbursement. CANCELLATION POLICY

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will automatically be charged 50% of the session fee.
